How it works in practice

  • Group arrivals

    We welcome interns in January/February and in June, apprentices in September. You join a group, not an empty corridor.

  • Welcome Morning

    A tailored onboarding on day one: group introduction, photo shoot and lunch together before meeting your manager.

  • Duration

    Internships from 3 to 6 months. Apprenticeships from 12 to 24 months.

Including AI. At Wakam, interns and apprentices have access to Dust (multiplayer AI Claude, GPT…), our AI agent platform, and all our internal tools. No watered-down version.

  • Does Wakam convert internships into permanent contracts?

    Yes, regularly. Since 2024, 9 apprentices have joined the team at the end of their contract. It is not automatic, it depends on the team's needs and your contribution, but it is a genuine pathway.

  • How do you maximise your chances?

    By being curious, proactive and taking initiative. At Wakam, what matters is impact, not title. People who ask questions, propose ideas and take ownership of their topics naturally stand out.

  • Is there specific support for apprentices?

    Yes. Structured onboarding, a dedicated buddy, a referent manager, and regular check-ins to make sure you are developing in the right direction.

  • What are the benefits?

    Swile card, Navigo Pass, health insurance, welfare cover (disability, death, accidents, 100% covered by Wakam) and Wakam's contribution to your pension fund as well as profit-sharing and incentive bonuses. Depending on your situation, you may also be eligible for support in the event of relocation through the Mobili-Jeune scheme, a government aid programme (Action Logement) that Wakam helps you access.
